The Eagle

Everyone admires the eagle when it’s soaring.

Strong.

Confident.

Focused.

The eagle becomes a symbol of freedom, power, and resilience.

But what people rarely talk about is that even eagles have to land.

They rest.

They recover.

They endure storms.

They lose feathers.

They carry scars.

Men are often expected to be the eagle in flight every day.

Be strong.

Provide.

Protect.

Lead.

Carry the weight.

And many do.

But sometimes the strongest thing a man can do is admit that he’s tired.

Not weak.

Not broken.

Just tired.

Mental health struggles don’t always look like someone falling apart.

Sometimes they look like a man showing up to work every day while fighting battles nobody can see.

Sometimes they look like a father carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs while ignoring his own.

Sometimes they look like silence.

As men, we’re often taught to push through, keep moving, and never let anyone know we’re struggling.

But strength isn’t pretending everything is fine.

Strength is facing the storm and continuing forward.

If you’re carrying something heavy today, know this:

You don’t have to carry it alone.

The strongest men I know aren’t the ones who never struggle.

They’re the ones who keep going, ask for help when they need it, and refuse to give up.

Even eagles have to land.

Make it stand out

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

And that’s okay. #mensmentalhealth
